Shipments, returns and refunds
Order and pay before 1pm Monday to Friday and we will aim to ship your order the same day. We usually ship UK orders via Royal Mail Tracked services and you can choose Economy (48) or Expedited (24). All orders are tracked and include drop-off without signature. You can choose between Economy, Expedited and International Services.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Special care is taken to protect fragile objects, but we will process refunds in the case of items delivered unusable due to poor packaging or poor handling.
If you would like to return any part of your order please contact us within 30 days of delivery to discuss and obtain authorisation where necessary.
